03-Day Return Policy

We offer a 03-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

After 3 days, we will not be able to process any return or replacement request.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To claim any return or replacement, a proper unboxing video is compulsory.

Please follow these instructions:

• Start recording before opening the parcel

• Show the sealed package clearly

• Show the shipping label clearly

• Record the full unboxing process without pause or cuts

• Show the product clearly in the video

• The unboxing video must be sent to our official email ID or WhatsApp number for verification.

  ⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not accept any return or damage claims.

Return Eligible Conditions

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a wrong product

• The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Not Accepted If:

• Request is made after 3 days of delivery

• Product is used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition

• No proper unboxing video is provided

Return Process

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

2. Share your Order ID and unboxing video.

3. Our team will verify and confirm return approval.

4. Once approved, we will guide you with return instructions.

Refund / Replacement

• After product inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.

• Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days (depending on payment method).
